The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders if keep in stock are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

If not in stock ,it only need 2-3 working days to produce,and then ship to the fulfillment center.

Shipping time: Fedex Shipping 3-5 Working Days

                         DHL Shipping 5-7 Working Days

                         UPS Shipping 7-9 Working Days

Note for Pick Up:

If you don't want the products come to your house,you want to pick up it in the express 
company location.you can leave the express location address when you order,we will leave a note on the order:wait for pick up by customer.Only need to put the right address,DHl/Fedex/Ups Location

 

ATTN:We have USA&Europe warehouse,if the doll is keep in stock at warehouse,it only need 5-7 working days to delivery.Due to the international environment, if out of stock at US&Eu,the order from UK,it need 10-15 working days to delivery.Because of the custom problems:If the order from AU,need to order above 140cm(including 140cm),because small doll will get catch by custom.

 Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or providing a refund.It will charge 50% restocking fee.we can't refund it if you have used the doll.

If you don't cancel it before we ship it ,and you want to refuse to get it ,it will charge 50% total amount.It's for shipping fee.It will cost a lot to ship to your country.And if you want to ship it by yourself ,it will be fine.You need to bear the shipping fee.

Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the "shipped from" address. Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.

Undeliverable Orders

Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 50% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
